Frequently Asked Questions

What fabric do we use? We use a Cotton/Synthetic blended fabric. Through lots of trial and error we found that this is the best option for quilts, pillows, and other projects. The finished photo block is 100% machine washable and will last a lifetime. 100% cotton fabrics tend to fade quickly and thus are not a good option for photo blocks.
How do I send my photos? After checkout on the purchase confirmation page, there is a place to upload your photos, or you can email them to casecustomdesigns@gmail.com
How long does it take to fulfill my order? We will have it in the mail to you within 3-5 business days.
What if I want a custom size that isn't listed? Choose our listing for custom size orders and place your order using this listing instead of the set size listings
Are the finished photo blocks machine washable? Yes! They are machine washable in cold water. I recommend using a gentle cycle as well.
Do the blocks come with a seam allowance around the photo? Yes! The photo will be printed the size ordered and there will be at least an 1" boarder of fabric around the photo. You can trim to your desired seam allowance.
